{"id":7842,"date":"2011-02-11T19:33:18","date_gmt":"2011-02-12T00:33:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/crankymouse.com\/?p=7842"},"modified":"2011-02-11T19:33:18","modified_gmt":"2011-02-12T00:33:18","slug":"buffalo-chicken-pizza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crankymouse.com\/index.php\/2011\/02\/11\/buffalo-chicken-pizza\/","title":{"rendered":"Buffalo Chicken Pizza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1 recipe <a href=\"https:\/\/crankymouse.com\/recipe-cards\/no-rise-pizza-crust\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">No-Rise Pizza Dough<\/a><br \/>\n1\/4 cup <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tabasco.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">TABASCO Original<\/a><br \/>\n2 tablespoons butter<br \/>\n1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n2 grilled chicken breasts or leftover shredded chicken<br \/>\n4 ounces cream cheese, softened<br \/>\n2 ounces blue cheese<br \/>\n3-4 tablespoons half &#038; half or milk<br \/>\n6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese<br \/>\nTo top the pizza:<br \/>\nTABASCO Original<br \/>\nblue cheese crumbles<br \/>\n2 stalks celery, thinly sliced<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\">Preheat oven to 475\u00b0 F.  In a small saucepan combine TABASCO, butter and cider vinegar.  Melt over medium-high heat.  Add in shredded chicken and stir to combine.  Remove from heat and set aside.<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\">In a small bowl mix together cream cheese and blue cheese.  Stir in half &#038; half until the mixture reaches an easy spreading consistency.<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\">To assemble pizza, break pizza dough in two and roll into two circles.  For heart-shaped pizzas, roll out 1\/4&#8243; thick and use a large heart cookie cutter to cut out hearts.  Repeat until all dough is used.  Top each pizza with blue cheese spread.  Add a layer of shredded chicken to the top, covering the blue cheese spread.  Lightly sprinkle the shredded cheddar over pizzas, distributing evenly.  (This will be a very fine layer.)
