{"id":7386,"date":"2010-12-27T15:55:13","date_gmt":"2010-12-27T20:55:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/crankymouse.com\/?p=7386"},"modified":"2011-01-23T16:20:04","modified_gmt":"2011-01-23T21:20:04","slug":"gingerbread-pancakes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crankymouse.com\/index.php\/2010\/12\/27\/gingerbread-pancakes\/","title":{"rendered":"Gingerbread Pancakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1 1\/2 cups whole wheat flour<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups all-purpose flour<br \/>\n1\/4 cup dark brown brown sugar<br \/>\n1 1\/2 teaspoons baking powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon baking soda<br \/>\n3\/4 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n2 tablespoons cinnamon<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tablespoons ground ginger<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon cloves<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n2 1\/2 cups whole milk<br \/>\n4 tablespoons melted butter, partially cooled<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\">Whisk together flours, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg in a large bowl.  Beat eggs, milk and melted butter and then stir into the flour mix just until wet, leaving a few lumps.
