Top with fruit, spinach and chia seeds. Start with blender on a low speed and raise the speed. If the blender seems to drag, turn off and stir.  Re-cover and turn back on. Continue to blend until a small cyclone forms, and then allow to mix about one minute more. Stop the blender.
