I was waiting, though.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And just like that, it&#8217;s February.  While January was an exciting month for me, full of opportunities and changes, I would not like to repeat it.  I am happy to be moving forward in the year, and I&#8217;m hoping that I find balance as I continue to shift my schedule and move the puzzle pieces around.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><br clear=\"all\"><strong>Monday \u2013 <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/theenglishkitchen.blogspot.com\/2009\/08\/baked-haddock-with-walnut-salsa-verde.html\" target=\"_blank\">Baked haddock<\/a> and leek and potato gratin.<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\"><strong>Tuesday \u2013 <\/strong>Pizza for the kids and pizza for us, but not in the same place.  We&#8217;ll be at our friends&#8217; house watching LOST.<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\"><strong>Wednesday \u2013 <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/crankymouse.com\/recipes\/brick-grilled-chicken-with-scallion-and-lime-butter\">Brick chicken with scallion and lime butter<\/a>, quinoa salad and steamed vegetables<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\"><strong>Thursday \u2013 <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/twopeasandtheirpod.com\/recipe-for-spinach-cheese-ravioli\/\" target=\"_blank\">Spinach and ricotta ravioli<\/a> \u2013 delicious! \u2013 that we flash froze so there would be quick and easy meals available<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\"><strong>Friday \u2013 <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Scotch_egg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Scotch eggs<\/a> and potato salad with carrot sticks and fruit.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Recipes from last week here at <a href=\"https:\/\/crankymouse.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Food for My Family<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/crankymouse.com\/recipes\/chicken-fried-rice-the-how-to\">Chicken fried rice<\/a>.  Then I&#8217;ll continue that theme.
