Too bad there is snow in the forecast for this week. Fluffy white snow…flowers…spring is dead.

In honor of the winter-like weather, I’m making a Thanksgiving dinner to say goodbye to March. Comfort food to help me get through the snow predicted for Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\nMonday:<\/strong> California grilled chicken sandwiches with avocado, chips and salsa, baked french fries
\n
Tuesday:<\/strong> Turkey breast, cornbread dressing<\/a> (with the leftover cornbread <\/a>from last week), sweet potatoes, green beans
\n
Wednesday:<\/strong> The last soup night until next winter.
\n
Thursday:<\/strong> Almost Cheeseless Pasta Casserole<\/a> from 101 Cookbooks, spring mix salad (I was having a hard time deciding what this night would be, and then I saw feta on sale and remembered I had this bookmarked.)

Friday:<\/strong> On the road. We’re going snowboarding and bringing the kids.
\n
Saturday:<\/strong> Bringing lasagna for a crowd, sides to be provided by friends.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
