\nIt’s been a weird week around the country. I’ve been having trouble focusing on the here and now in my life as I think about the here and now of online friends<\/a> and friends of friends<\/a> who are hurting and of all the hurt and pain going on in Haiti. I’ve been looking for ways to help, ways to show I care and ways to be more appreciative of what I have and am blessed with daily. I’ve have been focusing more on my family, but I have also volunteered myself and commented on sites<\/a> that<\/a> are donating<\/a> money<\/a> for<\/a> comments<\/a>. Commenting is easy. We should all do it. I want to do more, and the road to recovery will be long, unfortunately, so I know I will have a chance. I just need to figure out the when and the where.<\/del> I can’t wait to share!<\/p>\n


Monday \u2013 <\/strong>Wine-braised chuck roast<\/a>, roasted red potatoes and carrots

Tuesday \u2013 <\/strong>Flatbread<\/a> pizza with prosciutto and basil, spring mix salads
\n
Wednesday \u2013 <\/strong>Tequila lime chicken fajitas<\/a> with all the fixings, leftover Spanish rice
\n
Thursday \u2013 <\/strong>Corned beef in some fashion. I can’t decide between egg rolls, traditional with cabbage<\/a> or reubens<\/a>
\n
Friday \u2013 <\/strong>Seared Ahi tuna steaks<\/a>, steamed rice, ginger garlic green beans<\/a>\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
