Bring to a boil, and then stir in the rice.<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\">Cover and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed and the rice is firm but tender.<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\"><br \/>\n<em>In a rice cooker:<\/em><br \/>\n4 cups jasmine or basmati rice, rinsed<br \/>\n1 13.5-ounce can coconut milk<br \/>\npinch of salt<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\">Mix together the rice, coconut milk, and the salt. Add the water to the fill line. Place in the rice cooker and cook until finished.
