Pulse until the smoothie starts to come together, and then blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.<br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\">Enjoy immediately or pour the smoothie mixture into your container of choice, filling 3\/4 full to allow room for the smoothie to expand when it freezes. Freeze the container until solid.
